Participant Obligations
- Pay the registration fee.
- Bring promotional media (business cards, banners, X-banners, roll banners, backdrops).
- Carry out the tattoo process according to the SOP (standard operating procedure).
- Dispose of needle waste in the place provided at each booth
- Bring your own tattoo equipment and supplies (bed, lights, roll cables, tattoo trolleys).
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all areas of the event and booth (by not nailing, scribbling on walls, etc. that can damage the booth, you will be fined).
- DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE in the tattoo area/indoor area.

Explore Bintan Island
Thousand Statue Temple
Located on a hill, Vihara Ksitigarbha Budhisattva or known as Vihara Patung Seribu, exudes extraordinary charm for tourists. Built in 2016, this temple has become a leading tourist destination in Tanjungpinang, attracting visitors from all over the archipelago and abroad.
This is the main attraction of Vihara Ksitigarbha Budhisattva, more than 500 statues of Lohan or Buddha servants with different facial characters. These statues, combined with rows of statues of gods and goddesses in the Buddhist faith, create a magical and meaningful atmosphere.
The statue is a symbol of peace, harmony, and unity, and is considered one of the most important religious sites in Tanjungpinan. Visitors can also explore the other statues, such as the statue of the Buddha, the statue of the Buddha's wife, and the statue of the Buddha's son.

Bintan Mini Blue Lake & Desert
You’ll be surprised to see the mysterious sand dunes of Gurun Pasir Busung in Bintan. Originally a mining site, Gurun Pasir Busung was abandoned and now it resembles a majestic landscape of the Arabian desert. Although it is located quite far away from the city and resort area, many Instagrammers are willing to take their time just to visit this place. All because of the white-washed sand hills that contrast beautifully with the blue sky and white fluffy clouds, making it picture-perfect. It’s to soon to be mesmerized, as this place has more to offer.
Right alongside the white sand is a surreal crystal-clear blue lake. It's hard to imagine that this crystal blue lake was once just a large crater in an abandoned mining site, but as time went by, it began to gradually fill with rainwater resulting in a "post-apocalyptic oasis" in the middle of Gurun Pasir Busung desert. Take a picture with both sights in the background and you’ll be flooded with instagram likes.
The sand dunes are located at the base of the lake, and it’s a great place to take a dip in the lake. The lake is also a great place to take a walk or to simply relax.
Trikora Beach
Trikora Beach stretches long on the East side of Bintan Island which has a very long coastline starting from the Kawal area to the end, about 21 kilometers (km) so that it has four parts, namely Trikora 1, 2, 3 and 4. This beach is stretched with a stretch of fine white sand and decorated with a stretch of rocks of various shapes. According to the story of the local community, the name Trikora comes from the name "three corral", which was given by foreign tourists who at that time visited this beach.

Penyengat Island
The island located in Tanjung Pinang City has an area of 2 square kilometers. With a distance of approximately 2 km from the center of Tanjung Pinang, the island can be reached by pompong boat from Tanjungpinang pier with a travel time of approximately 15 minutes.
Penyengat Island has an interesting history. According to local stories, Penyengat comes from the story of a sailor who was stung by a bee while taking water on this island, so it was called Penyengat Island.
